- Providing amenities to the fishers and Stakeholders in their daily fishing activities like drinking water supply, power supply etc.
- Organising training and awareness camps inside the Fishing Harbour in collaboration with line departments
- Holding Governing Body and Executive Body meeting at timely interval to overcome problems, issues relating to the Fishing Harbour
- Providing regular information through INCOIS about the Potential Fishing Zone (PFZ), Weather forecast, Cyclone warning etc. in the open sea
- Collecting tariff/ user fees
